Automatic follow-ups
First follow-up: 3 hours after the latest delivered AI or human message. Second: 24 hours after the latest delivered message once the first follow-up has been sent. New outgoing messages restart that stage. Maximum 2 per buyer. AI pause also pauses follow-ups; resuming checks the original due time and sends at most one overdue message.
Malaysia time: 8am–11pm. Overnight messages wait until 8am. Replies cancel pending messages. Stops for disinterest, confirmed appointments, or viewings waiting for owner confirmation.
Applies to new activity after enabling. Existing buyer limits are retained.
