Each account has a separate Inbox. Switching accounts clears the unsent reply.

Use Insert property field where the bold property information should appear. Meta reviews new and edited templates.

Accepted means Meta received the request. Delivery and read status come from webhooks. Unknown sends require manual review before resending.
